As a bulk billing practice, we offer bulk billing to all patients holding a valid Medicare card for all Medicare-eligible procedures. This means no out-of-pocket cost for most general consultations. Fees for patients who do not hold a valid medicare card are $90 for a standard consultation and $165 for a long consultation. Some procedures, Medical reports, Employment/ Drivers Medicals are not covered by Medicare and are subject to a Private fee. Fees can be obtained by calling the clinic.
Q Medical caters for all patients with full accessibility to NABS ( National Auslan Interpreter Booking Service) as well as TIS ( Translating and Interpreting Service).
Our practice opened in 2012 to cater for the ever-growing population in the South Logan area, and surround areas, including Waterford West, Waterford, Beenleigh, Edens Landing, Mt Warren Park, Meadowbrook, Yatala, Staplyton, Logan Reserve and Windaroo. There is chemist right next door, and a pathology centre located nearby.

Home visits are available at your regular Doctors discretion. For After Hours Care Q Medical Holmview has a formal agreement with National Home Doctor Service, please call them directly on 13SICK ( 7425) to arrange a home visit.
Phone Calls: Phone calls are taken by the Doctor at their discretion. Your call will always be put through to a nurse in an emergency.
Electronic Communication: Our preferred method of communication is via Telephone. Emails sent to the practice email address will be actioned in a timely manner.
Results: For your ongoing health benefits you will need to return to see your GP for all results, Doctor will recall patients with clinically significant results.
